3. Conditions for Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure that:

1. The Goods were purchased within the last 10 days.
2. The Goods are in their original packaging and have not been worn, washed, or altered.
3. You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

A. Manufacturing Defects (Fabric or Print)

If you receive a product with a defect in the printing or fabric quality:

1. Replacement Only: The item will be replaced with a fresh piece of the same design.
2. No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer cash or bank refunds for defective items; we only provide a high-quality replacement.

B. Size or Color Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you might need a different size or color.

1. Exchange Fee: A flat fee of ₹100/- will be charged for processing size or color exchanges to cover return logistics.
2. Customer Error: Please double-check our size charts before ordering. We do not provide refunds or free replacements if the wrong size or color was selected by the customer during checkout.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following Goods cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Personalized/Custom Goods: Any apparel made to your specific designs or clearly personalized (e.g., custom names/quotes).
2. Hygiene-Related Items: Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
3. Sale Items: Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded/exchanged. Items purchased during a SALE or OFFER are final sale and cannot be returned.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved (specifically for non-custom, regular-priced items), we will reimburse You no later than 4 days from the day on which We receive and inspect the returned Goods.

1. If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.
