Yes. We provide FREE shipping all over India on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines depend on your pin code and courier availability:
- Metro cities: 4–5 business days
- Other locations: 4–7 business days
- Out of India: Depends on country
Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is available for selected pin codes and selected products only.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an AWB/Tracking Number via Email, SMS, or you can check on Zip Memories Profile.
Use this number on the courier partner's website or app to track your shipment.
What happens if delivery fails?

The courier partner will attempt re-delivery.
If a prepaid order is returned to us, the refund will be processed within 2–4 business days to your bank account or UPI.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are not possible once the order is processed or dispatched.
If the order has not yet been shipped, contact customer support immediately to check if an update is possible.
Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a guest also, but suggest for create profile.
However, creating an account helps you track orders and save addresses.
How do I place an order?

- Browse products
- Select size (if applicable)
- Click Add to Cart
- Proceed to Checkout
- Enter shipping and payment details
- Click Place Order
How will I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation via email including your Order ID.
Can I modify my order after placing it?

No. Orders cannot be modified once placed.
Please place a new order for additional items.
Can I save products for later?

Yes. You can add products to your Wishlist.
Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Go to My Orders → Cancel, or contact customer support.
What is your return policy?

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused
- Tags and original packaging are intact
- The item is not washed, worn, or damaged
Reverse pickup is available for most pin codes. For non-serviceable areas, customers must self-ship the return.
How do I request a return?

- Click Return Product
- Enter order details
- Select return reason
- Upload images (if required)
- Submit the request
When will the product be picked up?

- Returns: Within 3–5 business days
- Exchanges: Within 2–4 business days
Are shipping, COD, or gift-wrap charges refundable?

No. These charges are non-refundable.
I purchased a discounted item. Will I receive a full refund?

No. Refunds will be processed only for the amount paid.
What is your exchange policy?

- Exchanges allowed within 7 days
- Only size and t-shirt color exchanges for the same product
- Design changes are not allowed
- You have to pay ₹100/- for exchange your products, (if not mistake from our ends, like design, color or said size)
- Gift wrapping is not applicable on exchange orders
When will I receive my exchanged product?

The exchange item will be shipped once the returned product is picked up.
Delivery timeline:
- 4–5 business days (metros)
- 4–7 business days (other locations)
My product was picked up, but I haven't received my refund (if applicable).

Refunds are usually initiated within 24–48 hours after delivery your products in our warehouse and checking process was completed.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

Email clear photos to admin@zipmemories.com.
If verified, we will replace the product.
⚠️ Refunds are not provided for defective items—replacement only.
Are customised or personalised products returnable?

No. Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return/exchange.
Is try-and-buy available?

No. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Why is COD not available for my order?

COD may not be available for your pin code or selected product.

- Correct billing address
If money was deducted, it will be auto-refunded within 10 business days.
